Love love love it here ❤️ best layout for a gym, always plenty of equipment to get on

Visited on a day pass whilst visiting Cardiff. Great facilities, a lovely big gym and was not too busy so no waiting for equipment. Friendly lady on front desk helped us check in. Will definitely come back whenever visiting family in Cardiff. Oh, day pass reasonably priced at £7 too.

Nice atmosphere. Reasonable prices. They have stopped the sauna due to inflation, they should reconsider to open it with a higher rate at least.

Really fantastic gym. Big space with plenty of equipment, clean changing rooms, and very friendly staff. I've had to cancel my membership as I'm moving but I've really enjoyed using this gym and would highly recommend it. The cancellation process was easy as well.
