The Gym Group Cardiff City Centre

Very good gym! andy does awesome spinning classes which i love going to each week. great facilities. all very friendly and have loved going throughout uni.

Great gym the staff are very friendly and always on hand to help if you needs it, always clean and tidy. very diverse gym which makes you feels belong in. the classes are my fav, the atmosphere is amazing they trainers really push you above your limits.

I was bribed on the way into the gym with a free water bottle and protein bar to give this review. however now that i'm home and away from the watchful gaze of the bribery team, i'm only dropping them by one star. the gym is nearly perfect. loads of machines that are well maintained, friendly staff, clean and great location. the only detractions are a lack of antibacterial spray/paper stations and the huge windows that mean that you're in direct sunlight when using the elliptical machines. a few more spray bottles, paper towel dispensers and shade from the harsh sun would make it perfect.

This my local gym and i love it. location wise it's just 5mins away from my work so it's really convenient for me to go either before work or after work. it's got everything i need to keep fit. if you live or work in cardiff i woul highly recommend this gym. it's got so much in terms of gym equipment and a studio to

A good range of dumbbells and plenty of them. enough benches to cater for a large picnic and plenty of machines, cardio and resistance to satisfy all. as somebody with a personal training background i couldn't fault this gym at all. as with all gyms be mindful about training here during peak hours as it can get silly busy. pleasant and knowledgeable staff to top it off. the price, the classes, the location 9.5/10
