I have worked for Helping Hands for over a year now. The team truly is fantastic, always willing to go that extra mile. Our CSSIW inspection report speaks volumes and recognises that we do go 'above and beyond'. I am very proud to work for a company who shows appreciation to their carers for the outstanding job they do but they also enable us to deliver an excellent service to the customers who join our Helping Hands family.

I have worked for helping hands for a few months and what a excellent company they are. All the staff in the office Natasha, Amy, Sunshine are wonderful they are polite and caring and they are very supportive and understanding. This philosophy from the staff in the office has rubbed off on the careers which makes it an excellent choice for anyone who would like to work in the care sector.

I worked with helping hands for 3 months and they have been amazing. Amy and Natasha have shown nothing but support and kindness to me. They are always there if there are issues and I've never worked for a company who shows so much support for their staff. I enjoy my job a lot and that's due to having amazing managers. They have listened to me and helped me with my work and can't tell them how I appreciate them. Plus all the staff have been very kind and welcoming. Helping hand is truly remarkable.

After working for Helping Hands Cardiff branch for 5 months . I’ve found the office staff to be polite and very professional. I feel that I have been fully supported when voicing any concerns. There is a very strong team spirit throughout the branch fondly known as the A Team for which I feel very privileged to be apart of. May we continue to grow from strength to strength . Congratulations to Amy becoming the new branch manager may she expand and grow in her career pathway. Sunshine just like your name your a breath of fresh air . Last but not least congratulations to Ruth for becoming field supervisor . It goes to show hard work and dedication reaps rewards well done you!!

I have been with Helping Hands since January of this year and I can honestly say they have been the best 11 months of my career so far! The moment I stepped in to the Helping Hands Cardiff office for my interview I knew this would be a place that I could grow and develop. From the very beginning I have been blown away by the amount of support I have received from my management. Melony, Natasha & Amy have been there for me whenever I have needed them. I have never had a team that are so approachable and supportive. Helping Hands is the best care provider out there! We go above and beyond for our customers each and every day. We are a team at Helping Hands. The A Team!!
