Karen Thomas Hypnotherapy in Cardiff

I went to see karen for some help reducing the amount of sugar i was consuming. the experience i had over the ensuing 10 sessions was nothing short of incredible. karen helped me develop tools and techniques not to just gain greater control over habits, but to also help me understand my emotional state, past trauma and develop methods for slowing my thinking down. like peeling an onion we went through various layers throughout the sessions, which in itself was an interesting journey of self awareness and understanding. now the sessions have finished i feel like a different person, more resilient, able to cope with stress and undergoing a career change which never would have happened without karen. thank you!!!

I would recommend karen 100000 times if i could. i’ve suffered with crippling anxiety, no motivation and always had a bad relationship with food. what karen achieved with me in my first session was something my other therapist couldn’t in over 6 months. i’m the happiest i’ve been in a very long time. karen is warm, non judgemental, welcoming and brilliant at what she does. thank you karen x
