I really liked the store. the quality of service is top notch. i come from ukraine and i don't speak english well. despite this, the seller explained everything in an accessible way and helped with the choice of the ring. very kind staff. thanks to.

I went in yesterday 07/01/23 with my son who has autism. he wanted to by a ring with his xmas money. the lady who served us had shoulder length black hair and unfortunately i didn't get her name she was very helpful, understanding and put my son at ease. she helped him get the ring he wanted. he ended up with a welsh dragon ring which he loves. i hope the store and the lady gets to read this and i'd just like to say thank you and she is a credit to the store.

I had 2 rings re-sized, staff were very helpful, informative, friendly & professional. they took time & advised the ring size i needed for each ring. it took 1 week & i received an email to say they were ready to collect. both rings were a perfect fit & were cleaned beautifully,i had forgotten how sparkling they could be! i was also recommended the pen jewellery cleaner, so i bought one to keep up with the cleaning of my jewellery in the future. very happy with the service & even more happier that i can now wear my rings again. definitely recommend this store thankyou all

The staff was friendly and helped me to chose the ring that i was looking for. also explained the issue with the size that i was having, was worth to go in to the shop rather then order online. the only thing that i would have liked is to be able to see all the models, as they are hidden away and bring outside for you at request depending on what you are looking for. still good experience and happy with my choise. thanks
