Really friendly staff with a great mix of facilities. shame the group cycling studio gets so hot.
Fantastic facility for cardiff and the surrounding area. to have a 6-lane 25m pool and a closed road, tarmac velodrome on the same site is extremely rare in the uk & makes for a great sporting hub!
Easily my favourite gym in cardiff. while it lacks some equipment that would be nice, it makes up for it through a swimming pool, friendly and helpful staff and not a large volume of people throughout the day. the price is a bit steep, but with a student discount it's not the worst, considering you get both the gym and the swimming pool as part of the deal.
My son enjoys the swimming lessons, but booking and changing process is inefficient and not user friendly. changing facilities in need of refreshing
