I would like to highly recommend cardiff city locksmith and sids customer service. he came at the right time to help my family who was stranded as the door wouldn't open. especially his service was reasonably priced for a weekend callout. i had a reciept very promptly sent to me as well so i could use to reimburse it. great job sid and i would definitely use your service again.
Moved in today to our new house and managed to get one of the inside room doors locked with the keys inside. seeing as it was a sunday night, we didn’t expect anybody to be able to come out to help. however, sadek, after ringing, arrived with 15 minutes and swiftly opened the door for us, showing us how to prevent the door from locking this way again. would highly recommend!
Fast and efficient. we had to make an emergency call as our lock was knackered. he came straight away with a new lock fitted and two keys. will use his service again for sure.
Gave a quote over the phone based on a photo of the lock and the door. arrived within 10 minutes and got me back in very quickly with no damage done. asked for proof of ownership before entering. useful advice given about how to make the house more secure. polite, friendly and helpful.
