Excellent series of sports massages over the summer. Started in May when I had severe cramp and stiffness problems. These cleared up in a couple of weeks and I now have a sports massage about every 3 weeks to keep the legs in good tone and ease any "knots" in the calves / tightness caused by good consistent training. Also great to be able to chat to an Olympic athlete about sport, training loads, workouts etc Da iawn Gareth. Huw
