Dreams Cardiff - Newport Road

We went into this store few weeks ago looking for a bed and mattress. Andrea kindly put my wife and I on the computer bed to test which mattress is best for us. She was very knowledgeable and gave us time to try few mattresses. Finally got us a great package which includes bed, mattress and guarantee cover. Nearest delivery date was 10 weeks after purchasing but looking forward to hear back from Andrea to see if she can bring the delivery date forward.

Having spent weeks visiting every conceivable bed shop in the area and browsing the internet until we became mattress blind, we settled on purchasing a mattress from Dreams on Newport Road purely because of the outstanding service we experienced from Rhys. Rhys was friendly, professional, patient and most of all was genuinely interested in helping us find the perfect mattress, which we did. We cannot speak highly enough of Rhys, and whatever you're paying him it's not enough.

We went in to the store to purchase a mattress for my brother who has Ahlzeimers, and we dealt with a lovely assistant called Pam, who couldn’t have been more helpful in accommodating our needs, would certainly recommend anyone who wants to purchase from Dreams. Pam was amazing, thankyou Pam and thankyou Dreams. Well done for excellent customer service.!!

It has been a good visit, they did a 3-minute study to see what type of mattress best suits you. Andrea advised us very well offering several mattresses leaving you time to think about them, which we bought one. Professional and pleasant service from Andrea. We leave HAPPY!

Best experience ever. First time buying a mattress and Rhys (with the round glasses) in the Newport road branch could not have been more helpful! He was so attentive and despite being on his own in the store (we did come at 6pm!) he managed us and 3 other couples flawlessly. He was super patient with us and listened very well to everything me and my partner had to say about each one we tried. His recommendations and knowledge were top tier and he made some excellent jokes! Will definitely be coming back for our second room mattress once we get there in our decorating process for our new place!
