My wife and I had an amazing experience today at the St David's Centre store with Joey. We moved to Wales from Canada just 3 days ago and know little. Joey was very helpful in answering our questions, showing us the options and recommending what we needed based on our specifications. He went above and beyond to help us understand a bit about UK numbers and anything else. He also switched out our SIM cards and turned off our esims etc so we were up and running. All of this took no more than 15 minutes. Highly recommend the company, but specifically Joey.
