Three

My mobile has been out of action for about four weeks. I visited 3 Mobile shop in St David's Centre. I was met by a young girl named Saira who was extremely helpful and patient. As a pensioner I struggle with the technology, but she took the time to explain and even wrote it out for me for future reference. I came away feeling listened to and pleased with the kind help I got from Saira.

Ive been with Three for around 4 years now Sim only. Eveytime i go there. The Staff are always polite , and helpful. And some of theyre deals are really good .

Was here on Tuesday morning, very good efficient and friendly staff especially Ardi, who sorted out an issue I had with a stolen sim. Thanks!

Been with 3 since about 2014. Good provider but be careful speaking to Indian call centre. I unwittingly payed a contract for 2 years for a broken phone. Was never recompensed. Also this store couldn't/wouldn't help. They said don't deal with that side of things.

Great experience at this store. Shaz was amazing. He quickly set up my contract with the product I wanted, no hassle or problems, very friendly and professional too. Thank you.
