I came here to get my nails done for my graduation as everywhere else was fully booked. I had to wait over an hour to be seen and when they did my nails they ended up giving me the wrong nail shape. The lady who was doing my nails seemed to be in a rush and didn't ask me again what shape I wanted even though I clearly said at the start which one I wanted. The lady also didn't help me choose a colour as I was stuck between two. She also did not talk to me very much and proceeded to call someone and talk to them in a different language. I also had a horrible experience with two teenage girls whilst waiting to get my nails done. I was waiting for a longer time than them and kindly said that to them. However, these two girls decided to start lying and saying that they waited for longer. They also thought it was okay to stare at me and start laughing at my face for no reason. Even though I was well older than them, this started to affect my mental health condition and made me quite upset. The result of the nails were still good but I am not sure whether I would come here again.
