Its a pleasure go attend this opticians and all the staff are very friendly. since getting a bit older my prescription has become more and more challenging and they have persevered to provide glasses and contacts and are happy to order up replacements and try all avenues until they get the perfect outcome.

I had only had my eyes tested a year ago by a different optician but was very disappointed by the glasses provided. so i decided to return to john lewis cardiff who had previously given myself and my wife excellent service. i was not disappointed. i had an extremely comprehensive eye test from caroline campbell, an superb choice of frames and options for the lenses. my new glasses arrived in just over a week and i could not be more happy with my new glasses. highly recommended !
