Excellent care and service from Bethan and the team. Very helpful and supportive of my 13 year old daughter through her Invisalign journey.

Attended the practice today for a consultation for orthodontic treatment. The experience was stress free from the first point of contact. Would highly recommend this friendly practice to anyone looking to have the full experience of a new smile.

Staff at this clinic are pretty friendly and the clinic itself looks very posh inside. However sometimes their machines aren't working so you have to come back when it is which makes things inconvenient. You'd think a clinic of this calibre would be on top of maintenance of their machines but not the case I've experienced here. Also the Clinic itself is in a very awkward and dangerous place. It is almost impossible for a pedestrian to get to the clinic as it sits behind motorway services and is not really pedestrianised. Overall all provides decent patient care and level of service (When they don't try to upsell procedures).

After much research we chose Bethan at the Orthodontic Centre, as she specialises in Invisalign for teens. Even though it isn't our nearest we're so happy with the decision. I've already booked my son in for a consultation and he'll start treatment next year.

Amazing service, my daughter’s braces were fitted quickly and the treatment has been quick and smooth. Absolutely no problems and all appointments have been efficient and on time. So so pleased with the outcome of treatment.
