Mice invaded my home and I was very upset about it until Phil arrived and sorted the situation out completely, he was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He figured out the entry points and got up into my attic through a tiny access panel to resolve. I would have him back in a heartbeat if anything else arises in the future. Thank you!

Rats had entered our wall cavities via the sewer. Rang Phil and made an appointment. He turned up on time and was able to identify the location where they were getting in. He advised cctv and what work needed to be done (used a separate drainage company for this). He laid poison and returned 4 times (always on time) to ensure the problem had been sorted. Professional and friendly throughout; highly recommended.

Had problems with rats in the garden. Great service by Phil. Very helpful - initially - recommended I removed my bird feed for 10 days which often gets rid of them without need for baiting ( ie not pushing his services), but to ring him back if it didn't. Unfortunately turned out to be a nest so Phil came out and baited. Very conscientious about minimising impact on local wildlife. Came out for 3 visits and removed all bait on 3rd visit when confident that rat pack had gone. Would thoroughly recommend.
