Recovery & Beyond Physiotherapy

I have played sport my whole life and encountered many physios. osian is absolutely awesome. his understanding of biomechanics and injury causation / prevention is second to none. i have had a number of chronic, long term ailments that i never thought would go away completely resolved in just a few sessions with osian. if you are struggling with a general issue or a more significant sports injury i would definitely recommend a visit to recovery and beyond.

I went through several physio’s, doctors, scans and treatments before going here. my ongoing and debilitating pain has improved beyond anywhere i could have imagined and osian is laser focused on getting his clients a result. i have never been to a physio who does what he does and you can see how much he is focused on his art. thank you so much you have changed the quality of my life. ten stars !!!

Has sciatica just before xmas- due to some ongoing physical issues it was a long process. can't thank osian enough for explaining everything thoroughly and giving me the confidence to exercise through the pain. once the sciatica was gone he designed a programme to help strengthen my back and legs which will help me long term. no question i'd recommend 100% without hesitation!!! thanks for getting me better.
