Very professional and friendly over the phone. he was punctual and good at communicating with regards to the issue i was having, the quote that was given to me was fair and i was given a lot of honest advice. would definitely recommend others to use this service.
We recently had the pleasure of working this fantastic plumber having run into an unexpected broken tap within the unit - he was prompt, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about his trade. not only did he fix the issue i was experiencing with my pipes, but he also provided me with some helpful tips for maintaining the system in the future. i was incredibly impressed with his professionalism, attention to detail and overall commitment to providing excellent customer service. i would highly recommend this plumber and will definitely be using his services in the future. thank you for your outstanding work, you truly went above and beyond my expectations!
So nice to speak with someone who cares and is generous! called nathan for a ‘no hot water’ saturday emergency call-out after an electrician told me it’s a plumber’s job 🤦🏻♀️ nathan kindly troubleshooted over the phone with the images i sent him and talked me through why it’s, in fact, an electrical issue 😂 . knowing full well he wasn’t needed in this instance. wish it was a job for nathan so i could pay him for his help. safe to say i know where to come if i need a plumber in the future. 10/10 would recommend. and how often, if ever, can we say that these days. thanks so much 🙏🏼
