So nice to speak with someone who cares and is generous! Called Nathan for a ‘no hot water’ Saturday emergency call-out after an electrician told me it’s a plumber’s job 🤦🏻‍♀️ Nathan kindly troubleshooted over the phone with the images I sent him and talked me through why it’s, in fact, an electrical issue 😂 . Knowing full well he wasn’t needed in this instance. Wish it was a job for Nathan so I could pay him for his help. Safe to say I know where to come if I need a plumber in the future. 10/10 would recommend. And how often, if ever, can we say that these days. Thanks so much 🙏🏼
