Excellent service. quick response with a competitive quote and got the work done quickly after i accepted the quote. plumber took time to adjust the new fitting and made sure i was happy. would use again for future works.

My partner and i had used rm plumbing after purchasing our first house. due to the condition of the house a lot of work had been under taken by then which includes; new boiler, new central heating system and pipe work, new radiators, removal of the old bathroom, installation of a new bathroom and the building of a wall to get the property back to three bedrooms. both my partner and i are ecstatic with the quality of workmanship that we have seen. ryan and the team have been attentive and more than accomodation prioritising the job due to not having a functioning bathroom. they have been extremely courteous and have provided advice to the additional uncovered problems from the work (rotted joist etc). it was clear that ryan and the team were not out to make the most money possible, providing us with cost effective options to issues that arose. it would have been very easy for the team to suggest the most expensive options to first time buyers however, advised us where we could save money that would not jeopardize the work they had done. i would fully recommend rm plumbing. the quality, professionalism and all round service have been exceptional.

Ryan and andy recently repositioned and installed some radiators for us, did a great job and really pleased with their work. very professional, punctual and kept us informed throughout as the job wasn't as straightforward as we first thought. house was left spotless after work completed, including some tricky voting of pipework. would highly recommend.

Rm plumbing & electrical carried out work in my bathroom to install a new toilet and shower, as well as removing an old gas heater and moving a light-switch. they were easy to communicate with, explained regulations/options available, and liaised with me during the job as necessary. work was completed to my satisfaction on the agreed date within expected timescale. i would consider using them again for similar jobs in the future.
