Adventurers Quay with a mix of houses and many apartments needs an superior management company with a range of good capabilities. These will include informed and effective support to the residents serving as the board of directors; a ready supply of information and advice to all residents both of a routine kind and in emergencies ; the regular production of a newsletter to keep residents up to date with news about both the buildings and their maintenance , and the AQ community. In my experience as AQ resident and board member for over 12 years, with Seraph's relatively recent appointment and through its active and available block manager James Davies, AQ is now really benefitting from a 5 star service relating to the above.

James is the building manager for the block of flats I live in and he is incredibly helpful and quick to respond to emails. I had a very frustrating experience recently where an alarm in a neighbouring flat was going off incessantly and the leaseholder was not responding to requests to fix it - James was very proactive in trying to sort this out, and really supportive and understanding. Thankfully the situation is now resolved.

We cannot praise Gianni Arrigi highly enough. He is professional, courteous and goes out of his way to ensure that City Vizion in Newport is kept to a high standard. His responses to issues have been timely and appropriate. The attention to detail that Gianni exhibits has exceeded expectations. We would be very disappointed to lose Gianni in his role as property manager.

Gianni Arrighi was the block manager for Cambria House in Newport for nearly two years. During that time I found him to be friendly, professional and very efficient. Through his conscientious efforts he has made many improvements to the development which of course has benefited all who own and live in the flats. On occasions he has gone above and beyond the call of duty to help me and others. Gianni has provided 5* customer service.
