I've been in my apartment block since 2008 and never really thought much about the block management side until recently. In fairness there's a hell of lot to deal with and the fact I've never thought about it before supports Western PP must be working behind the scenes constantly to make it smooth. I thought I'd write this as I'm not working at the moment due to coronavirus crisis yet noticed all operations continue in and outside the block with PPE to ensure continued seamless management. A couple of times in all those years I've contacted them and they've been super responsive. I have pals in a few other blocks in Cardiff with national management agents who are expensive and rubbish it seems. I'm the fortunate one 😁
