I've been in my apartment block since 2008 and never really thought much about the block management side until recently. in fairness there's a hell of lot to deal with and the fact i've never thought about it before supports western pp must be working behind the scenes constantly to make it smooth. i thought i'd write this as i'm not working at the moment due to coronavirus crisis yet noticed all operations continue in and outside the block with ppe to ensure continued seamless management. a couple of times in all those years i've contacted them and they've been super responsive. i have pals in a few other blocks in cardiff with national management agents who are expensive and rubbish it seems. i'm the fortunate one 😁

We switched to wpp from our previous management company 7 months ago and i really wish we had done it sooner. their response time is brilliant and they inform us of what it is they're doing. instead of just receiving a problem we have, they acknowledge the email or phone call (our previous agent didn't) and advise us what steps they're taking. sarah cox has been brilliant with any issues or general questions we've had and i've had fellow leaseholders comment the same to me so her professionalism is evident to others also. won't hesitate to recommend wpp to others.
We recently changed management company to western property management and they have been nothing but extremely helpful. we dealt with a lovely lady called angela and a gentleman called dan. from the initial phone call i found them to be professional and have even gone above and beyond and have kept in contact with me throughout the whole transition. highly recommend
