I bought my house with these solicitors and i've just completed my re-mortgage with them too, which was a bit more complex than your normal re-mortgage. the fact i returned to these solicitors says it all, but i was more than happy with hannah's swift work, clear communication and friendliness. i would 100% recommend them - and it's great to support smaller firms than the bigger, soulless ones!

Used ackland & co for a particularly painful house purchase and sale and would highly recommend. hannah was patient, professional, and knowledgeable throughout; whilst simon was able to offer excellent advice on some tricky aspects as they emerged. costs are very reasonable and transparent and didn’t contain any of the nonsense charges you see from the larger outfits (land reg admin fee - please…). highly recommend if you’re looking for a diligent, professional, patient and wise firm for conveyancing in cardiff.
