TVC Removals

I am so very happy that I chose to use TVC Removals to help me with my move. It was an emotional day for me and I needed to feel I trusted those I was asking to help. Kim was a lovely first contact and provided a very thorough and well explained quote. My move date wasn't confirmed until last minute, but Joel was very amenable and patient. Mostly, what could have been a sad and stressful day, turned out to be stress free and a lot of fun, with Joel and the boys good natured, positive and extremely organised approach. I needn't have panicked over so much, as they had everything under control, safely blanketed sentimental items and enabled more potted plants to be taken than I'd dared hope for! There's no doubt I would use them again and recommend to anyone I know. Plus, it's nice to support a family run business, who know how to do their job well.

Joel and the team were professional, responsive and friendly throughout while moving us. They took care of our things more thoroughly than any previous movers we've used and made a potentially stressful day much less so. I would not hesitate to recommend TVC.

We booked TVC to move from a 3 bedroom townhouse to a 2 bed flat. They were on time, incredibly kind, professional and thorough. Both members of staff were flexible with getting furniture through tight areas and were successful and careful with no problems. Would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to move. Joel and the team at TVC were fantastic. Communication running up to the day was faultless, Joel called ahead and ensured we knew what to expect on the day. He sent us helpful tips of things we should pack ourselves ie things we’ll need straight away; kettle, cups, tea etc as well as an overnight bag of clothes. We booked for TVC to pack and move our belongings, which they did timely and respectfully. They did the packing the day before meaning that moving day was seamless. The guys were lovely to talk to and did a great job. On moving day they were there early ready to load up the vans. They moved us in to our new house seamlessly; they put all the boxes either in the equivalent rooms that they came out of or took guidance from us. They dismantled and rebuilt the beds, meaning we had 1 less thing to worry about and they plumbed in the washing machine for us. Would highly recommend TVC to anyone moving house and needing a professional team help them.
