Superb service from start to finish. had our house packed in about 2.5 hours and were ready to go by midday. just a shame we didn't get the keys to our new house until 4:45 😒 but the team didn't complain, were utterly professional and just got on with the job. everything was moved with care and anything that needed covering with protection was covered. if you're moving in the cardiff area i would thoroughly recommend them.

Thank you very much for the great service, vale removals! this was our first house move with furniture so we were quite nervous... the team made it very simple and were impressively efficient. the office was very responsive in the run up to the move and the team that came to move us was friendly and professional. excellent value for money!

Our move went really smoothly thanks to the guys at vale. they were packed up within three hours and we were unpacked within two. the doors were protected, floors covered, upholstered furniture was put into specialised protective bags, and the guys were very careful and coordinated so as not to damage our furniture or either house. the lads were courtious and professional and at no time did we feel rushed. would 100% recommend on quality of service and value for money.
