Fantastic service! I needed an alarm and contacted Karl based on a few reviews I read on here. I wasn't disappointed. Karl responded promptly and was able to advise me on what sort of alarm I would need. It is still early days but so far I find the alarm very effective and very easy to use. I also asked Karl to install a floodlight at the rear of my property. Karl arrived on time and was very polite. He brought all the equipment he needed with him and finished the job within the estimated time scale. He was very patient at answering all my questions and everything was very straight forward. I highly recommend!

KWR were very professional when they supplied and fitted our house Alarm. When setting up the alarm giving me the instructions in the operation it was precise. What was professional was that they gave us contact information in case we had any problems. We did need to contact Karl as we could not work out a notification that came up on the control panel. Karl returned our call and explained how to remove the notification and even offered to return to our address to show us again if we had difficulties. Professional and friendly and fair cost.
