i visited the store on 07/04/2023, first impressions lovely clean, nicely set out stock, served by Dafydd he was new , well mannered too very helpful, he was gd at his job well done

On two occasions when visiting I have found a style of boot I liked and fitted well. Unfortunately despite spending over half an hour on both occasions, and with the help of a staff member on the second occasion, was unable to find the second boot of the pair. Both were sale items so thought I would look online and found them but not in the sale. The staff member told me they have hundreds of single shoes. Lots of lovely items on sale here but a bit of a disastrous display system. I wasn't the only customer unable to find a complete pair 😞

My husband and I shop regularly at the Cardiff Deichmann. The range in shoes for both ladies and gents is always excellent.. We visited the store yesterday in search of lightweight shoes and trainers for my husband and casual shoes for myself.. The only ones that we failed to find sizewise were the brogues for my husband but thanks to the help from Dafydd we were sorted. In spite of being very busy at the till Dafydd gave us his time.
