Friendly staff and clean, tidy shop

Tried posting on the Schuh site but it wouldn’t work. Had to post here because of the two best customer advisors I’ve ever met: Luke and Amelia in Cardiff St David’s - genuinely the most helpful shopping my experience I’ve ever had. Superstars. They were both really helpful with recommendations and super patient with all the different shoes I tried. Five stars

Five star review for the brilliant customer service skills of Nat who is personable, friendly, and super helpful. Nat really turned the pretty ordinary task of buying shoes into a great and memorable experience. It's clear Nat always puts the customer first and he was no different when we visited Schuh - diolch Nat! Very reasonable prices in the sale and great to see Blue Light discount on offer.

Came to today with my daughter and friends to buy her first pair of converse. We were approached by a very friendly man asking us if we needed some help we picked a variety of shoes to try on and were passed over to a lovely lady called Liz! Her customer service skills patience and friendliness was next level! She surpassed every level today, even to the extent of letting my daughter use the private bathroom! Makes a lovely change to be greeted and treated so well whilst shopping! Fantastic service! Know exactly where i will be shopping for shoes in the future! Thank u again Liz x
