Staff are wonderful, so helpful. I don't use steam rooms so was unsure how to arrange and the gentleman on the desk sorted everything. All the staff were so polite to my two boys when i came in to arrange and the spa is beautiful and very clean. Highly recommended, really relaxing and lovely facility, staf make it 5 stars 🌟

Myself and two friends got the Relax Spa Experience package. We started with the full body massage, which lasted 50 minutes. All of the masseuses were fantastic, the rooms were very comfortable and relaxing. The relaxation room after was lovely, beautiful view over the park and the trees. The changing rooms, pool, jacuzzi and steam room were all good, everything very well maintained. We had a few hours to enjoy the amenities before afternoon tea (which was ok) in the restaurant. We felt the price reflected the experience, and were happy with the day and what we paid. It was also lovely and quiet, as we went in the morning/early afternoon on a weekday. Would recommend for a group day out.

The gym is always clean and tidy, well equipped with decent kit and is well spaced out. The pool is very nice it’s salt water and not chlorine which is great as it doesn’t irritate my skin. The jacuzzi is always clean and pleasant. The steam room is great also. Staff are friendly and welcoming mostly quiet though! They dont bother you for nothing which is nice. The gym offers additional things such a personal heath plans and training etc etc but to be honest I can’t really comment on it. Price wise it is on the expensive side and they have reduced some members benefits which is a bit disappointing. Hopefully the gym will continue to improve without these costs being past on to members. It is attached to a hotel so sometimes busy with couples during peak season and weekends! I don’t feel there’s much social activities in the health club as you get with other health clubs. I also feel that there isn’t much consultation or engagement with members about planned or proposed changes as feedback isn’t actively sought other than a feedback box. It’s positioning is not really encouraging. Never the less I enjoy going to the place.
