The Spa at St David's

My husband and I had pedicures with Linda and Kanchan. Apart from the girls making our feet look so good, both girls are extremely professional but have a lovely way with people - all 4 of us laughed and chatted through the whole experience. It’s my second visit to Linda (previously had a manicure) and I would highly recommend requesting either of the girls by name as they clearly enjoy making their clients feel special. Thank you girls, see you soon.

Lovely spa. Massive jacuzzi pool. Swimming pool, sauna and sunbed. Only wish they had women’s only options too. No steam room either.

Booked 2 indulgence spa days for my partners birthday. The facilities are immaculate and the treatments were fab, but the Receptionist was aweful. Didn't greet us when we arrived but continued to chat to a colleague. We'd been caught in a downpour and were stood dripping all over the floor until she acknowledged us. Then we each had to fill out a form, still dripping everywhere as nowhere to hang your coats. Could have filled this out digitally ahead of the booking. On a second visit to buy a gift voucher the staff just came across as annoyed at being bothered and totally incompetent. Was passed back and forth from the spa to the hotel, then told to come back 45min later, wjere I again was passed back and forth. Its like they do t want business.

Had a great deep tissue massage. Really sorted out a pain I had in my shoulder. Love spending an hour or two in the spa when we visit. Great, knowledgeable therapists and lovely environment.

The actual place for the treatments is difficult to find (and is not in the main building as expected) and we waited 40minutes after our booked appointment for our treatments due to them running late. However, once in, the treatments were lovely and the staff were great. We had 3 treatments each and enjoyed them all. The elder of the two was very knowledgeable and we would come back again on another visit to Wales. The afternoon tea was lovely and they catered to our food intolerances wonderfully.
