So, yea they are well priced and absolutely have a huge selection of goods however there is a bit of a customer service issue. Not directly at the staff, my experience has always been positive. I am always handled with respect and vigour every time I visited the site. But, I recently bought a pair of converse daps, and a week into ownership, noticed a defect. I attempted to ring through just to ensure I'm OK returning after a weeks use, however after being hung up on 3 times in a row I gave up. One thing I'd say is a failure with the shop, would be under staffing. Dont leave your staff hanging, they do a good job but do it under duress because of the lack of people. It casts a shadow over the experience as a whole. Not going to lie, this event grinded me and i imagine it would anyone else. However, please don't let that stop you from visiting, they are good and well priced, sell quality products and in person the staff, although rushed are fantastic. Not a 5 star worthy rating though due to my experience.

A good range of clothing and sports gear some at reasonable prices.

I enjoyed my shopping there as they are currently on sales with massive discounts.

Had a bit of a problem with a pair of boots I bought a few months ago. The manager Chloe sorted it out immediately. A lesson in perfect customer service.
