Great experience here! the process was explained very well, and staff are lovely! the pricing is good too- i used a shared space- a good cheap option for students and my items were fully secured and taken care of. rhys helped me move my stuff in and out, he was very helpful and lovely! overall a good experience, will definitely use these services again!

Amazing and so efficient! i had amazing help from rhys initially setting everything up with moving into the storage locker, so seamless, friendly and went above and beyond in ensuring all my questions were answered. at the end of our storage period i had the pleasure of being helped by mark. he was great, clearly communicated everything we needed to do, and ensured a quick process. both men were fantastic and i would definitely recommend storage giant to others when moving properties etc! great price as well!!

This is my first time using this storage and everything went smoothly. i made a reservation online and received a quotation immediately. i paid deposit and that’s everything that you have to do before come to the storage. rhys is very helpful in assisting. he guided me though all the processes and ensure a smooth moving in and out of the storage! the storage on first and ground floor. has elevator access for all the stuff (but only can be access by stairs for people). the price is very much reasonable for 2months storage. they have their own type of padlock and other padlock is fine as well. however, to use other padlocks they will provide you with extra security plate that is subject to availability. but overall, the experience was great! highly recommend!
