Todays service was prompt, efficient, local driver with local knowledge. this is what i would expect when booking a taxi. i often travel and am not always “local” so when a driver is friendly and reassuring it makes all the difference. a world of difference to the outward journey where a second more local and reliable driver had to be called after the first did apparent 3rd party driver did not know the collection location, making me late for my train despite plenty of notice given. local is best always 👍
