Mohammed's taxi was on time, spotless, and he was very helpful but we were annoyed that the payment system wasn't working. i tried twice, went to authorise in my banking app but when i returned to the site it didn't allow me to scroll down to the button to confirm the payment. please sort this out! technology is all very well but a pain when it's not working! it was pure luck that i had any cash on me - i never carry any any more these days, normally!
