TUI Holiday Store

Had the pleasure of booking a family holiday with a young lady named Charleigh at this store and I must say for someone who never writes reviews I had to make sure I did this time as she was wonderful! As this is our first holiday with our baby daughter I wanted to make sure it was the right place for us so had a list of wants/not want and Charleigh was so patient with us and gave us so many options on places. I’ve never been so relaxed and confident in booking a holiday abroad but thanks to her outstanding customer service I will happily book every holiday with her The Steel Family :)

I have been into this store recently and I was greeted by two really helpful and knowledgeable assistants. I’m sure their names were Hannah and Charleigh. I suffer with anxiety so coming into store was such a big thing for me, but they made me feel so welcomed. I was looking for a holiday for next year for myself and my partner for our anniversary. I was looking for somewhere around the Caribbean area for two weeks, but not somewhere too expensive that is within budget. Hannah gave me a few options, which were perfect! So now I have a lot to think about because I want to book them all! I took the options home to discuss with my partner, we’re still undecided. I will be back to book once we are in agreement, and i really hope to see Hannah again! Thank you both to Hannah and Charleigh, you made my visit so comfortable!

Visited today and spoke with Gemma & Hannah who were very helpful with helping me & my friend. We was looking for a city break for next year & they were able to suggest various different locations as well as excursions we could enjoy whilst in the city. We have a few options to choose from now & we will be in soon to book with you. We was very happy with the service we received.

I’ve been looking for a holiday for a while, however I have been struggling to find where and at a decent price. I don’t go into town much, however as I come across the TUI shop. Considering I was struggling to find a great deal, or just even knowing a great place to stay. I decided to go in and ask for help. I then met the lovely Hana and Megan, who could see I was finding it hard to choose what holiday that would suite me and my partner. However after an hour or so, we came across this most beautiful hotel and of course a great price! If it wasn’t for Hana or Megan I would have just left it. Thank you both for your great service we are looking forward to our holiday next year in sunny Cyprus!

I normally book my flight and hotel separately myself, this time we decided to pop into TUI branch, Queen St, to see what they had to offer for us. What a great decision, we had a brilliant experience. We couldn’t have done it cheaper ourselves, the deal they put together was unbeatable, I checked myself when I got back home and could not do it cheaper myself. So helpful in finding us the right place. Not only sorting out everything from this side but also at our destination, the TUI staff couldn’t do enough, it was all so organised and professional. We have decided to book our next holiday through TUI. Just want to say a big thank you to the team at Queen St Cardiff, especially Amy, who really ‘knew her stuff’, Brilliant destination and the hotel was, ‘out of this world’. Thank you!
