Park Veterinary Group, Cardiff

Frequent visitors at Park Cardiff (unfortunately for us). The staff have been brilliant, from first contact at reception to the actual consultation with the vets. Jess (vet), in particular went out of her way to help us resolve our dogs medical issue which appeared to be baffling most other vets that we had seen. She went above and beyond each and every time we made contact and successfully helped us have a healthy and happy pup!!

I FINALLY was able leave my original vet who were really unprofessional and left me anxious that anything would happen to my dog and I'd have to rely on them. I managed to register with Park Vets after a recommendation from a vetinary nurse that I bumped into who had previously worked there. I cannot believe what an amazing experience I had with Park Vets. The receptionists were super friendly and engaged, the vet nurse was SO invested in my dogs overall health and wellbeing. I was actually really shocked when I left 😂 To say I'm delighted I now have these guys looking after my dog is an understatement.

Had to have our beautiful cat Cookie put to sleep, part of our family for almost 19 years. The staff were so good. Especially Lily, so empathetic and kind. She made such an awful experience that little bit easier. 🥺 Thank you so much.

Honestly cannot thank these vets enough, our Irish red setter puppy was very poorly and being our first dog we were petrified. Thanks to the swift action of Gabi and her team she was back home with us the following day and back to her bright self a few days later. From the first hour of leaving her until the last we were kept fully informed the entire way which was so comforting. We are so so grateful and cannot thank you enough for saving our little girl! You really did go above and beyond and clearly love all animals you have! *Visited the ponty branch and cardiff*

Please take your animal family members here wish I could give 100 stars! Park vets Cardiff have incredible team of talented understanding, vets, nurses and other members of staff! Booking an appointment was amazing really goes over and above to accommodate your needs within reason! Jess (vet) has been an integral part of Benjis eye health Jess is so kind, knowledgeable completely calms your nerves, emotions an mind!
