Hotpod Yoga Cardiff

After lifting weights most of my life, nothing hits quite like hotpod! The staff, environment, benefits and others that join the class are superb. Wonderful for your mental health, body and soul!

I love hotpod yoga, it's amazing how when I first started I only thought of the physical (external) benefits. Yoga has done wonders for creating balance in my busy lifestyle. My only regret is that I didn't start this in my 20's. Nyomi x

I've been going to Hotpod Yoga Cardiff since last year and love everything about it! I'm always happier when I leave the pod! The teachers are great and knowledgeable, the facilities are good and there's a lot of classes, which makes it easier to fit it around a busy schedule.

I love going to Hotpod Yoga Cardiff. The instructors are amazing and the classes are inclusive (options/variations for most levels) The atmosphere is both challenging and relaxing. Regular workshops are held and there’s often workshops or classes dedicated to beginners. Liz and Aaron (the Hotpod Cardiff owners) are wonderful people who are always happy to answer any questions about joining classes. I wish I could make the time to go more often 😁

I have been attending Hot Pod Yoga Cardiff weekly for 4 years and would recommend it to anyone. When I first started I couldn't even cross my legs! It's been amazing to improve my flexibility, strength, balance and track my progress. There's something to suit all abilities and the pod is a relaxing and calming space (once you get used to the heat)! I would recommend using the intro offer pass if you're new to try out the different classes over a 10 day period.
