Absolutely first class. spoke to steve on a saturday after a blowout on the motorway and he advised me to come in straight away and fitted two new tyres. very pleased. brilliant service!
Excellent service from the moment i booked my car in, to picking it up the following day. all of the guys we spoke to were polite, courteous, and respectful. we were particularly impressed with the mechanic “bradley” who certainly went the extra mile to ensure my problems were dealt with, you also must make the effort to keep staff like this, alongside the rest of the team we came into contact with ! first class service!!!
We were brilliantly looked after by steve after getting a horrid puncture in the lake district! although we hadn't booked in, he managed to squeeze us in, replace the dead tyre, tidy up the alignment and get us back on our way. many, many thanks, it was clear the guys there know their stuff and will help you if they can, and they certainly never stopped all the time we were there!
