Called in to bike seven whilst on a guided ride from north tyneside. need new brake pads and a brake disc, richard and adrian found the problem straight away. fitted brake pads and a disc within 20 mins. both were extremely helpful and explained everything to me. a wonderful service, fantastic staff and problem sorted and i was back on the road. thank you very much, i very much appreciated the immediate help to get me on my way 😊👍🚴🏻

These guys really helped me out in the middle of an endurance challenge. my front tyre had blown following a pot hole incident. friendly, helpful and good value. cheers guys!

On day 5 of lejog, at 4:30pm on a friday arvo these guys were willing to go the extra mile for us and give our gears and chain a clean over and sort out a few things. absolute champs. if the scotsman is a representative of the rest of the scot’s i’ll meet over the next couple of days as we head north, it will be a great fun trip. and the “bit of everything accent guy” is quiet but and great mechanic, and owner of the shop. these guys are great. need more shops like this in oz.

Bike serviced by richard in store last week. very helpful. took time to explain potential causes for the issues i'd been having and answered any questions i had. rechecked setup until i was happy with it. reasonable pricing too! thoroughly recommend.

Popped in to use a bike pump in the pouring rain. team couldn’t have been more helpful. they even gave me a first class coffee to help thaw out (really good coffee - i had to look. made by the kendal mint company). they refused to take anything for it - amazing!
