I bought the ortlieb bike rack only to realise when i'd got home that i'd bought the wrong model. emailed the shop to explain and simon couldn't have been more helpful. he put aside the correct model for me to collect at my convenience. absolutely awesome customer service. popping into the shop is always a bonus, there are so many great bargains to be had that are not online.

Friendly guy on the front desk ensured a fast turnaround for new brake pads which had worn completely just as i arrived on holiday. to kieran in the workshop - thank you! walked in at 9:10am. went for a walk and a coffee and my bike was ready to ride two hours later. :) much appreciated! :) great service :)

The stuff here can be very cheap, i got a bbb multimatch tool for £12! i also saw a gt bike down from £2300 to £1100! fantastic deals if they have what you need. it does look like stock of parts and tools is a little limited but the bike stock is much better. they didn't have a chain tool on the occasion i went in but the guy said they usually do. that guy was a fantastic salesman mind, i bought stuff i didn't even realise i needed that said repairs were pricey and took ages, half an hour and £15 for them to tighten a threaded headset. that's in reality a 30 second job and should've cost a fiver. although they did do a good job of it and it never came loose again. i'll be checking here anytime i need to buy something but i'll definitely be going somewhere else for basic repairs.

Great shop. quick turnaround fitting new pedals and a new saddle when i was on my way up to john o'groats. affordable, knowledgeable and friendly staff and they even filled up my bottles!
