Think i've never had so positive experience before. very friendly staff, extremely professional and kind. when collected my seat leon it was clean and shiny. if i'll have do some bodywork in the futere i'll visit lloyd bodyshop again without hesitation. definitely i can recommend. good job, thank you kindly.

Our car has been in twice now, first following a collision and second when scratched. both jobs have been of high quality and all my friends have commented on what a lovely repair, that couldn't tell had been done. the reception staff lovely and russell who looked after me, frank, honest and took care of the job keeping me updated. on collecting the car it was like new from a showroom, as sparkling inside as out. would happily recommend and even happier my jaguar estate looks stunning again.

Huge thanks to lee, susan, kia and the tech team at lloyd bodyshop! i couldn't be happier with the service i received! after a regrettable bump to the front of my beloved convertible, i was pretty worried about getting it restored it to its former glory. from the moment i stepped into the bodyshop centre in carlisle, my concerns were put at ease. the team's professionalism and attention to detail were truly impressive. they not only repaired the visible damage seamlessly, but they also took the time to ensure that every inch of my car was sparkling clean when they returned it to me. it's now impossible to tell that any damage has ever occurred and connie the convertible is looking good as new! if you're in need of any body work repairs, i wholeheartedly recommend this body shop. thank you to the entire team for your outstanding service and customer care!

As you can see from the photograph the replaced drivers door and respray is absolutely perfect, there was no paintwork blend performed on the drivers side front wing indicating how perfect of a colour match can be achieved when using an approved body shop using genuine bmw parts and paint. unfortunately there were a few mishaps along the way leading to some stress and upset for myself. honestly i believe i probably was the unlucky one in an otherwise very few and far between incidence of complications. overall, despite the stress, the "factory quality" end result was achieved. i would hope a car of mine would never require the services of a body shop again, however, as long as the utmost levels of care and attention to detail are displayed in future, i would have no problem using this body shop again as they have shown they are able to perform some very high quality workmanship despite some difficulties along the way
