I was helping my daughter choose her first car and we tried several places. Darren at Border City Autos dealt with us and he stood out head and shoulders above the rest with his friendly, considerate and professional manner. He put us at ease, helped us choose the right car for my daughter and was so patient explaining about the car and how things worked to her. The car had been through robust safety checks which he also explained to us, and it was fully valeted and sparkling when we picked it up. After looking at literally 100's of cars on the internet I bumped into Border City Autos who had the ideal car for what I was looking for. I phoned to make a viewing and with a couple of hours we had bought the car. What was refreshing was the way in which Darren looked after us. Not pushy at all and allowed us to go on a test run without him so we could evaluate it on our own. I have had some very disappointing experiences when buying cars in the past, but not with Border City Autos. When we went back all the staff seemed to know who we were and were exceptionally friendly. Overall a great experience. Love the car we bought.

We went to purchase a new car after ours was unrepairable for the price of the car . Darren was very helpful with no big sales pitch we were allowed to look at our leisure. From that point everything was sorted for us. The car MOT with no advisable All sorted within a week . We were treated with great customer service

I’ve bought from BCA a few times and again just very recently was looking for a smaller car, I spotted a vehicle on the website and instantly knew it was the one for me. Very easy and pleasant buying process, car is lovely. Darren was my salesmen and his customer service was impeccable, So nice to have a place of trust that you know you can turn to time and time again when seeking and purchasing your new family car. their stock is always varied with lots to view to suit everyone and the stock is always reasonably priced. Friendly , very helpful, no pressure sales, helped me as I had not much experience in buying cars and was let down with my last dealings buying car from another garage, but Dave was so understanding and helped me with absolutely no pressure, responded very promptly to any worries or concerns, I’ll be taking my car that I bought from border city cars to get all future services an mots , I stay over 40 miles away but we’ll worth the trip to a genuine trustworthy friendly garage , thank you 😊
