Absolutely outstanding service from lee, he went above and beyond helpings us with our new van. such a genuine nice guy, good banter too which also helps 😀 he’s straight up and honest with everything straight to the point, things got a bit stressful through not fault of lee’s what so ever but lee quickly resolved it with out any issues. we got home with our new van with big smiles on our face 10/10 a++++ highly recommend. big thanks to nyall the new trainee working there too. you guys both went way and beyond. thanks guys!!

After having an absolute nightmare with my first car i finally found my dream car!! chris was amazing throughout the whole process and i couldn’t recommend him enough. the car is in pristine condition and everything to do with the warranty was explained thoroughly from the beginning. if you’re thinking of buying a new car, definitely go see chris!

I bought a car in may this year,only had it a couple of weeks and realised it wasn’t for me so i went back to bristol street and they were great about it,went out of there way to help me find the car that i really liked,very helpful and polite,then my husband went and bought a car two weeks later.

So far so good! went in with the eldest boy a few weeks ago looking for a newer family car. grabbed a couple of hot chocolates while we waited and can i just tell anyone going in there - get yourself one of those hot chocolates! they are the bomb! :) richard latimer was our salesman. he showed us our options based on what we’d said we wanted and took us out for a test drive since the car we wanted was in newcastle. great craic on the drive around. didn’t feel rushed and he was quick to answer all my questions. had no issue with saying he didn’t know certain things about the car (since it wasn’t in his showroom) which was good. there’s nothing worse than a lad talking rubbish to try to push a sale through. got back to the showroom, more hot chocolate. i gave him my details and said i’d have to go home and chat the other half about the car, seeing as it wasn’t just for me. he had no issue at all with this and wasn’t remotely pushy. wished us well and told us we were welcome back for hot chocolate any time. so i went back in the next morning to put my deposit down. turned out i’d forgotten my driving license too. he had it kept safely behind the desk. more hot chocolate and richard was more than happy to help me negotiate the best deal possible since i was spending over my budget. left a happy customer. we had a teething problem in that the car did arrive from the other dealership with a big old chip in the windscreen but richard was straight up and honest about this and put his best effort into rectifying the problem before allowing me to take the car home. we had a delay of about a week but this meant the windscreen was replaced, the car was calibrated, valeted and fully checked over before it was handed to me with half a tank of diesel in. needless to say, i had to grab another hot chocolate for the road on pickup. they really are delightful! richard showed me all around the car, explaining the extra features and ensuring i was fully aware of the safety features before allowing me to leave. he also had the answers to the questions i initially asked on the test drive. spot on! couldn’t have asked for a better experience all in all. all the staff are friendly. looking forward to shopping there again. a1 richard mate. well done. very much appreciated! based on what i’ve already seen, i’m confident you’ll be more than happy to help if anything else does crop up throughout the warranty period. thank you.
