Reserved a car online & was met with great customer service from the get go. Absolutely zero hard sells or pressure from the sales team when viewing the car or discussing part exchange; was given a great demo of all the cars' features & all questions were answered. I thought the car was spotless before viewing but it was given a thorough service by the service team... front & rear break pads, 4 new tyres, break fluid, valet... even had £25 of fuel topped up for a quarter tank. Received fantastic service throughout our car buying experience at Lloyd’s. We dealt with Andrew Kirk who at no point tried to hard sell. The wife and I had a 45 minute test drive on our own which was great, allowing us to get a feel for the car without the pressure of a salesperson beside us. Andrew done his upmost and more to get us the deal that suited us and sorted everything promptly without fuss.
