Reserved a car online & was met with great customer service from the get go. absolutely zero hard sells or pressure from the sales team when viewing the car or discussing part exchange; was given a great demo of all the cars' features & all questions were answered. i thought the car was spotless before viewing but it was given a thorough service by the service team... front & rear break pads, 4 new tyres, break fluid, valet... even had £25 of fuel topped up for a quarter tank. the whole process was seamless. i can't recommend lloyd enough. thanks andrew & the service team.
Received fantastic service throughout our car buying experience at lloyd’s. we dealt with andrew kirk who at no point tried to hard sell. the wife and i had a 45 minute test drive on our own which was great, allowing us to get a feel for the car without the pressure of a salesperson beside us. andrew done his upmost and more to get us the deal that suited us and sorted everything promptly without fuss. plus with a 12 month warranty and breakdown cover included in the purchase, it gives us that extra peace of mind. without a doubt the best car buying experience i’ve had.
