John responded to my questions and query’s prior to the service in a professional and timely manner - he was knowledgeable of the products he used and no query was ever inconvenient to him. He worked professionally, respecting my property at all times, he was sociable and pleasant when talking to him about his work and also general chit chat. John did a great job of my carpets (full house) and my sofa which I believed was beyond restorable. Great value for money.
