From start to finish, from the initial enquiry, then booking Brian responded quickly to questions, and emails sent via the website. On the actual day he came to my home, he was professional, there was no mess whatsoever, and he made my stove safer by cementing the base of the flue and sealing the top. Very impressed and will be using again next year.
