Had a great experience here. My shoulder mobility has improved so much and I experience a lot less pain. Craig is approachable and knowledgable so always feel like I get a good answer to my questions. Would recommend if you are experiencing any kind of issues because I think Craig has the knowledge to sort you out.

Really grateful to Craig. Some much needed improvement to my posture. I have been realigned. Knee pain has gone and have very easy to follow at home exercises for maintenance. Craig is very straightforward and felt completely at ease.

Highly recommended - had really bad issues with my shoulder which were spine related - after an initial assessment Craig clearly explained the issues and a treatment plan. 6 weeks later I am in no pain and my posture and physical strength in my shoulder has improved 10 fold. I first visited craig nearly a year ago now with server back and hip pain daily, which was starting to effect my day to day life. Prior to this I had been to see my gp on numerous occasions, a physio therapist and had scans to try and figure what was causing the problem. On my first visit with craig he sourced the problem/issue straight away and with regular sessions with him my back has never been so good. Highly recommend and can't thank craig enough!

A huge thank you to Craig Allinson. I suffer from arthritis in the neck and spine with limited movement. However since being introduced to Craig, my movement is clearly improving with less pain and less discomfort. I can’t recommend him enough. This has also helped my mental health due to the treatment received. My need for pain relief (medication) has dramatically decreased.
