Had a great experience here. my shoulder mobility has improved so much and i experience a lot less pain. craig is approachable and knowledgable so always feel like i get a good answer to my questions. would recommend if you are experiencing any kind of issues because i think craig has the knowledge to sort you out.

Really grateful to craig. some much needed improvement to my posture. i have been realigned. knee pain has gone and have very easy to follow at home exercises for maintenance. craig is very straightforward and felt completely at ease.

Highly recommended - had really bad issues with my shoulder which were spine related - after an initial assessment craig clearly explained the issues and a treatment plan. 6 weeks later i am in no pain and my posture and physical strength in my shoulder has improved 10 fold. extremely friendly and professional service and i feel like a new person after being treated here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I first visited craig nearly a year ago now with server back and hip pain daily, which was starting to effect my day to day life. prior to this i had been to see my gp on numerous occasions, a physio therapist and had scans to try and figure what was causing the problem. on my first visit with craig he sourced the problem/issue straight away and with regular sessions with him my back has never been so good. highly recommend and can't thank craig enough!

A huge thank you to craig allinson. i suffer from arthritis in the neck and spine with limited movement. however since being introduced to craig, my movement is clearly improving with less pain and less discomfort. i can’t recommend him enough. this has also helped my mental health due to the treatment received. my need for pain relief (medication) has dramatically decreased.
