Lack of staff spoils a pleasurable experience long wait at the tills. Unfortunately this is all to common at most shops now.

Their clothes were a nice mixture of styles and prices and seemed to be good quality. The staff left me to browse but friendly enough when I came to pay. Very pleased with my purchase.

Ladies very helpful, a ittle dismayed that they didn't have a range of garments that I'd find in other branches of Next in other areas... But couldn't fault the staff... They were Excellent.

Shop is great good selection of clothes and accessories clean shop only thing that let it down was the staff. went to buy a white shirt for my son walking around the floor with my wife and son two members of staff chatting at the till not even a hello can we help you and even after standing by them to ask if they had any white dress shirts no one asked if I needed help I had to say excuse me twise before I got there attention. Customer service needs to improve massively
