I contacted DTec by email yesterday afternoon due to problem with my PC. Swift response asking me to take it in which I did. They rang within an hour saying how it could be fixed and quoting a price which was very reasonable. My computer was ready for collection today at 11am. Such a fantastic service and each member of staff was so friendly and helpful. My computer is now working. All updates done. I would highly recommend these lovely guys to everyone. Would recommend, had an issue with my laptop charger port and used Dtec for the repair, they are fast efficient friendly and kept me upto date on the process. I noticed on another review that someone felt they were overcharged for the service which to some degree I can understand I have had this same issue repaired once before else where and it was £25 cheaper. That said the repair previously done only lasted 12 months before I’m having to get it fixed again and I noticed on the website they do a price comparison guarantee so had the £25 been a major concern I could’ve got a quote from the other place and dtec would’ve lowered the price so I can’t exactly knock them at all ultimately you get what you pay for and provided this repair holds longer than 12 months they’ve done excellent work in quick time.

Service with a smile and value for money. Dropped PC in 09:30 and recieved a call at 12:30 to confirm job done and ready for collection. Plenty of parking at rear of building.

Professional and informed service. Unlike the muppets in the large chains,who are clearly on commission with little regard for the customers' needs.
