As mentioned in some reviews the guys didn’t answer the phone immediately but i used the email address found in the 1* review and was contacted 10 minutes later. although the job wasn’t one they could carry out the man i spoke to was friendly and as helpful and informative as he could have been. thanks!

Nothing but praise for this company, a trouble free experience from start to finish. the young lady who took my initial call was very professional and asked all the relevant questions. the service manager mathew kept us up to date with the estimated arrival time of the parts needed. the service engineer ( a scouser, sorry but forgot his name ) was very skilled and pointed out which parts had failed. he was very efficient and well mannered. an all round fantastic service.

If i could give more than 5 stars i would. a genuinely, caring business! nothing was too much trouble. arrived on time. polite and courteous staff and engineers, stuart was fabulous - a credit to the company. highly recommend. thank you.

For many years i've been getting parts from this business (hoover bags, washing machine pump,brushes for washing machine motor)that no one else had, also at a good price. very helpful when diagnosing fault and changing parts.
