I was dreading having to take my three year-old samsung smart-tv to the dump when the picture started to fail after several minutes being powered up. before i did, i asked retel to take a look at it as a last resort. they charge a very reasonable appraisal fee and gave me an estimate for the cost of repairs. it sounded so reasonable that i asked them to go ahead and they managed to repair it as agreed. they gave my tv a new lease of life and i am very grateful for them for doing so. i cannot recommend them highly enough, they provide a great service.
Gave them a call and explained my needs. chris gave me good directions my tv couldnt be saved . we chatted about what i wanted and was really happy with my purchase. very experienced and helpful. will give my thumbs up. thanks chris.
