I was dreading having to take my three year-old Samsung Smart-TV to the dump when the picture started to fail after several minutes being powered up. Before I did, I asked Retel to take a look at it as a last resort. They charge a very reasonable appraisal fee and gave me an estimate for the cost of repairs. It sounded so reasonable that I asked them to go ahead and they managed to repair it as agreed. They gave my TV a new lease of life and I am very grateful for them for doing so. I cannot recommend them highly enough, they provide a great service.
