PFK were excellent in every way with our recent house sale. From valuation to sale they acted totally professionally and made every effort to keep us informed as to progress. Tessa produced the most professional valuation pack of any and was very accurate in her estimate of sale price. Jenni was enthusiastic about the house and took the time to learn about its' features etc which I am sure helped with the sale. They were worth every penny of their comission as I believe we actually achieved a higher price than we would have done with another agent so our net income was greater.

I recently called about a property to rent which was being advertised and spoke to the lettings agent, Ash. He was by far the nicest and most professional agent Id spoken to during my new home hunt. He answered my questions and knew about the location as well as the house which was helpful. I felt he was also empathetic and sought to understand what I was looking for rather than try and just sell the property. Highly recommend!
